1. Teganuma Fireworks Festival 2026 /【Kashiwa City & Abiko City】

The whimsical underwater fireworks, the spectacular Ultra Jumbo Starmine, and the character-themed mines—a favorite among children—are all back again this year.

2. 127th Suigo Omigawa Fireworks Festival〔Katori City〕

This traditional fireworks display, one of the oldest and largest in the Kanto region, has been lighting up the night skies of Omigawa since the Meiji era. The magnificent fireworks display, which makes use of the surface of the Tone River, is unique to this nature-blessed city of water and greenery. The extra-large starmine is especially breathtaking.

- Date: August 1st (Saturday), 7:15 to 8:45 p.m.
*In the event of rain, the event will be rescheduled for August 5th
- Venue: On the banks of the Tone River downstream of the Kojigawa Bridge (paid seating available)

3. Choshi Port & Fireworks Festival〔Choshi City〕

During the festival, the main street in front of the station is lined with street stalls, and the entire city is enveloped in a festive atmosphere. The fireworks include spectacular aerial shells and starmines, as well as fireworks in the shape of written messages designed to convey feelings to loved ones.

- Date: August 8th (Saturday) Fireworks: 7:30 to 8:20 p.m.
August 9th (Sunday) Mikoshi parade: 2:00 to 7:30 p.m.
*In the event of rain, light or heavy, the event will be rescheduled for August 15th to 16th

4. Ichinomiya Cool Fireworks Festival/Ichinomiya Beach〔Ichinomiya Town〕

A variety of multicolored fireworks—including underwater displays that bloom on the water’s surface and large spheres—will light up the summer night sky.

5. Kamogawa Citizens Fireworks Festival〔Kamogawa City〕

Approximately 3,000 fireworks will be launched at the Maebara Yokosuka Beach, which has been selected as one of Japan’s Top 100 Beaches. Set against the backdrop of the beautiful coastline, the fireworks will add even more splendor to the summer night.

- Date: July 29th (Wednesday), 7:30 p.m. start
*In the event of rain, the event will be rescheduled for Thursday the 30th or Friday the 31st, 7:30 to 8:10 p.m.

6. 79th Kisarazu Port Festival〔Kisarazu City〕

During this display, large fireworks will be launched into the night sky as the sun sets, with Nakanoshima Ohashi Bridge, the symbol of the port, gleaming in the light. A spectacle unique to Kisarazu!
