Payment in lump sum  

• The land transfer takes place with receipt of payment and at the same time, a notification of transfer of property rights and redemption rights will be filed at the registration office.

Payment by installment

• The land transfer takes place with receipt of the initial payment and at the same time, a notification of transfer of property rights, redemption rights and mortgage will be filed at the registration office.
• The balance of the payment can be made in nine installments at six-month intervals over a period of five years. The installments will be subject to legal interest.
