Main Points of the Contract

• The applicant will be required, within three years from the date of the contract, to erect and operate the production or distribution facility according to the facility construction plan attached to the contract.
• The applicant shall refrain, for a period of five years from the date of the contract, from using the contracted land for any purposes other than those stated in the contract. 
• For a period of five years from the date of the contract, prior approval is required in the event of transfer of the property rights and other rights to the plot (except mortgage).
