 Eligible Applicants

  •  Companies that will erect and operate production or distribution facilities according to the Land-Use Plan.
  • Companies that will install pollution control facilities.
  • Companies that will create environment-friendly conditions within their premises.
  • Companies that will observe the applicable laws and regulations as well as the clauses of the sales contract.

(2)Submission of applicant's business plan

  • Company profile
  • Business content
  • Business record (for the last 3 years)
  • Plan of intended use of purchased plot, etc.

(3)Clearing with local municipality

The Public Enterprises Agencywill negotiate with the municipality concerned based on the submitted business plan and other documents.

(4)Purchase Application (including proposed environmental preservation measures)

The applicant will be asked to submit a purchase application accompanied by an environmental impact assessment documentation, a financing plan, balance sheet, etc.

(5)Land Sales Screening Committee

Holds deliberations on the approval of applications.

(6)Land Transfer Contract

A land transfer contract is signed.

(7)Payment in lump sum

An installment plan is available as an alternative to paying the entire purchase amount in a lump sum.

(8)Payment by installment

An installment plan is available as an alternative to paying the entire purchase amount in a lump sum. (Initial payment of at least 20%of the sales price required.)
